3. Products

We sell general merchandise such as home goods, accessories, and everyday items. We try to describe products accurately, but slight variations in color or packaging may occur due to screen settings or supplier changes.

4. Orders and contract

When you place an order, you receive an acknowledgment email. The contract is formed when we dispatch the goods. We may cancel an order if stock is unavailable, pricing was clearly incorrect, or payment cannot be verified. In that case, we will refund you.

5. Prices and payment

Prices are in euros, EUR, and include VAT. Delivery is free for mainland France. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and PayPal.

6. Delivery

Delivery is available only to mainland France. Handling takes 1–2 business days. Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days. More details are in the Shipping & Delivery section.

7. Returns

You have 14 days after delivery to request a return. Returns are free for items that meet the conditions in the Returns and Refunds section.

8. Intellectual property

The Sumoravibe name, logo, photos, and website content belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy them for commercial use without written permission.

9. Liability

We are liable under French consumer law for defective or non-conforming goods. We are not liable for indirect losses or delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as carrier strikes or natural disasters.
