Politique d’expédition

We ship from our small warehouse in Villesèque-des-Corbières to addresses in mainland France, also called France métropolitaine. Right now we do not deliver to overseas departments, territories, or other countries. If you placed an order from outside that area by mistake, contact us and we will cancel and refund it before dispatch.

Orders placed Monday to Friday are packed within 1–2 business days. Public holidays are not counted as business days. Orders placed after 6:00 PM or on weekends usually begin processing the next business day.

After your parcel leaves our warehouse, standard delivery takes 3–5 business days within mainland France. Delivery is free, with no minimum order.

We use Colissimo, Mondial Relay, Chronopost, or DPD, depending on the size and weight of your parcel and your delivery address. You will receive a tracking number by email once the label is created. If the carrier cannot deliver and the parcel is returned to us, we will contact you.

If your order is delayed by more than 5 business days after dispatch, email us and we will look into it. Please also allow a little extra time during strikes, holiday rushes, or severe weather.

Need to change your address? Contact us before shipment. Once a parcel has been dispatched, we cannot redirect it.
